The College of Veterinary and Animal Science, Navania, Vallabhnagar, Udaipur is the second constituent Veterinary College of RAJUVAS, Bikaner which is situated in the southern region of Mewar in Udaipur district. It was originally established in 2007 as a constituent College of MPUAT, Udaipur, which later on transferred to RAJUVAS, Bikaner on the 13th day of May 2010. The premises of the college are spread over an area of 892 bighas (224 hectares) of land. At present, college is providing M.V.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in most of the disciplines, apart from B.V.Sc. & A.H. and Diploma program.View More

Dean & Faculty

The faculty of this college are involved in the work of teaching, research and extension in the field of Veterinary health and Animal production in the southern part of Rajasthan. It has a sanctioned strength of 87 faculties out of which 17 are Professors. 23 Associate Professors and 47 Assistant Professor.

Clinical Activities

The College is having the best clinical facilities with separate indoor, outdoor, animal critical care unit and examination- operation facilities for all the clinical departments. A modern Veterinary Clinical Complex for advanced animal disease diagnosis, treatment, surveillance and monitoring has been developed in the year 2011 as per the Veterinary Council of India standards. The clinical services are being rendered by TVCC and Medicine, Radiology and Surgery and Gynaecology & Obstetrics Departments. Preventive and curative measures of diseases of camels, equines, dogs, cats, goats, sheep, cattle, buffaloes and birds. is being practiced.
